Trewithen Requests

Buying Photos:

To order a photo, add it to your basket, choose your quantity and either high or low resolution. When you’ve finished adding items to your basket, click on your shopping basket (top right of the gallery) and then follow the steps to pay online. We will then email you your photo manually as we don’t currently do automatic downloads. Please allow one working day for your photo to be delivered.
Resolutions:
High Resolution .jpg - suitable for printing – delivered by email
Low Resolution .jpg – suitable for screen use (websites and email) – delivered by email
There is also an option to purchase a digitally enhanced image. We offer this option as sometimes customers wish us to edit an image – for example, to remove elements of the background or other alterations. If you would like this service or have questions about it, please get in contact and we will be able to advise.
Legal – we retain copyright, but we want you to enjoy your image so you’re licensed from us to do what you like with it for personal – ie non-commercial – use. Please get in touch if you would like to use it for commercial use and we’ll work something out.
